- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Usually before 10am and after 4pm would be last busy! Always packed with shoppers bet'w 10am to 2pm! The young man staff: Sam, he's very helpful! He's more friendly than the other manager there (not sure Sam is a supervisor or mamager since he can do the refund with other management approval).
