  I booked at 1pm yesterday for last night with a group of 6. My first question when calling was if they did split bills. They answered yes. I repeated my question to double check and confirmed the booking. After calling out for the waitress to come over (after making eye contact several times and being ignored) we ordered our own dishes. Food was lovely. The waitress we had never smiled and placed our dishes anywhere on the table without checking who ordered what. When we approached the counter to pay, we were told by the same waitress that they did not split bills. I explained that i called that day and specifically asked if this was an option but she was so stubborn and defensive, claiming she physically could not split the bill. She told us her manager was on a holiday in Thailand and was the only person who "knew how to do split bills" and that their manager "has the software". We asked who was in charge that night to which she either ignored us or kept saying her manager was on holidays. We are so disappointed in the service from this waitress. She continued to ignore us or say the same thing in a short-tempered manner. Won't be returning.

  2 simple dishes: Pad Thai and peanut noodles. Restaurant wasn't busy when we ordered, but it was a more than half hour wait before my husband got his peanut noodle and my pad Thai only arrived when he finished his meal. Very disappointed.
